What to do with your head when playing Golf

One of golf’s misconceptions is keeping your head down.
Keeping your head down does not guarantee you’ll keep the same posture you had in the set up position thru the impact area of the golf swing.
So many people say they picked their head up when they hit a bad shot, when really it was their posture that came up.
Most of the time what causes the posture to come up is swinging the club inside the target line thru the impact area instead of down the target line. When you swing the club inside the target line the club is coming toward you so the subconscious tells you to get out of the way, thus up comes your posture.
So try to keep your set up posture thru the impact area, and swing the club down the target line.
