I wouldn't classify myself as strictly a "wedding photographer". If you check out my other websites, you can see that the majority of my editorial work for magazines focuses on environmental portraits, interiors & architecture, product shots, food, photojournalistic action, and fashion.
What do any of these things have in common with shooting a wedding?
At any given wedding, a photographer is expected to seamlessly go from capturing unobtrusive moments, while shooting still-life's of flowers, followed by a dimly lit church, then a "fashion" session with two in-experienced models, perfect food shots of those darling signature cocktails, while capturing Uncle Dave getting krunk on the dance floor. All the while dealing with a late limousine, a lost ring and a panicked groom.
I can do that.
And one thing is certain: we WILL have a good time doing it! Along with the work I've mentioned before, I've shot hundreds of weddings. And with my wife Amy as my second photographer, she provdes that "woman's touch" on top of it all.
Together, we capture the beauty that is your wedding day!
Although we are based on Cape Cod, we work often in the Boston and Newport area as well.
