Little Sprouts Summer Camp at Coonamessett FarmAdd to My Luxx Living
This exciting hands-on program affiliated with the Cape Cod Children’s Museum for children ages 4 to 10+ will once again be offered during the months of June, July and August at Coonamessett Farm in East Falmouth.
Little Sprouts focuses on gardening and activities at a real working farm. Children will plant, maintain and harvest their very own garden. They’ll also learn about organic gardening methods, bugs, worms, other garden critters, composting and much more.
Classes will also include garden and farm related arts and crafts, science, nature walks and visits with the farm animals.
Classes meet Mondays and Tuesdays, morning and afternoon, grouped by age
Each class will meet once a week for 90 minutes
Program fee includes:
- all gardening tools and supplies
- all craft materials
- special “Little Sprouts Day” at the Cape Cod Children’s Museum
- an end of summer harvest celebration
- and children will bring home what they grow in their garden!
Fees per child:
Members of the Cape Cod Children’s Museum or Coonamesett Farm: $245
(please note that a one-year CCCM membership allowing a family of four full access to the museum is just $99 and a farm membership with full member privileges begins at just $60)
Non members: $295
