Designed with a commitment to intimacy, it still needed to accommodate friends and family, especially in the summer. “The indoor-outdoor lifestyle is paramount in the
design,” explains Rich Bryant of Cape Associates. “The living space had to flow towards the pool, patio and outside grill.” Another critical motif : his and her lifestyles and work styles.

This master suit took maximum advantage of the natural lighting, designed to capture the sun through vertical and horizontal windows. There are even windows above the mirrors over the bathroom vanities.
Respecting the home’s coastal setting, the master suite design captures a palate that includes sea-foam green colors and tile that looks like sand, with sea glass and pebbles at the bottom of the shower. The very roomy Kohler shower features overhead and horizontal body sprays and a bench.
