Cape Cod’s Culinary Incubator Continues to GrowAdd to My Luxx Living
The Cape Cod Culinary Incubator has appointed Kimberly A Skhapich, owner of Lola’s Local Food Lab in Wellfleet, and Bob Martin, a former chef and current financial executive, have been named to its Board of Directors.
“We are pleased to welcome Kim and Bob to our Board. They bring a wealth of experience in the food industry. And they are both entrepreneurs who have started food businesses. More importantly we are happy to say they share our vision of nurturing entrepreneurship through job creation on Cape Cod.” said Cape Cod Culinary Incubator Founder, Lee Hill.
“Cape Cod’s Food Industry is alive and well as evidenced by the increasing number of farms, farm markets and locally made foods on the Cape. The Cape Cod Culinary Incubator is a resource for culinary arts entrepreneurs interested in starting their own companies. CCCi’s Advisory Council comprised of culinary arts, government, business and education leaders is available to mentor these fledgling companies.” Said Shkapich.
Martin commented: “Economic Development is a prime factor in sustaining our Cape Cod lifestyle so important to all of us who live here. The Cape Cod Culinary Incubator will facilitate collaboration, cooperation and communication amongst Cape Cod based shared use commercial kitchens and local food manufacturers.”
